Our signature collection drive is now over. We do not know if we have enough signatures to qualify our initiatives for the November 2008 ballot.

If we do not, we are considering re-submitting the "Sentencing and Parole Reform Statute" to the Secretary of State and going back into circulation during the months of April, May, and June.
